Wayfinding Signage Fabrication & Installation

The Marquette Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is requesting proposals to implement a custom, downtown wayfinding signage program that will effectively communicate the DDA’s brand throughout downtown while improving vehicular and pedestrian wayfinding. This custom, architectural signage program is to be completed by June 15, 2027. Bids are to be submitted on or before Thursday, October 15 at 5 p.m. Please see the wayfinding documents for full submission details.

Annual Flower Baskets

The Marquette Downtown Development Authority (MDDA) is requesting proposals from qualified growers for the planting and preparation of 135 decorative flower baskets and 100 half-baskets for the downtown district for the 2027 season. The baskets and half-baskets are provided by the MDDA. Proposals are to be submitted no later than Thursday, October 29, 2026 at 12 p.m. (noon).
