Parking Holidays: Parking is free all across Downtown on the 4th of July, the day of Blueberry Fest, Ladies Night Out, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Free after 3: For a limited time each year, parking is free after 3pm (enforced Mon-Fri, 9am - 3pm) starting the day after Ladies Night Out until Christmas.
